Mile Description
	Note: There are several places on this route where the trail crosses a dirt road or a driveway. In all cases, continue straight across. Likewise, if a trail intersects the trail you are on, and the instructions below don't tell you to turn, don't turn.
 0.0 Start in the main parking lot at Skyline Ridge OSP, bear right uphill up the Ipiwa Trail
 0.4 Go straight across the intersection at the top of the hill, continuing on the Ipiwa Trail
 0.8 Go straight past the overlook with the metal railing; do not turn right
 1.4 Arrive at the Nature Center at Alpine Lake, bear right
 1.4 Where the trail splits, continue straight (not left around the lake)
 1.4 Keep left and go through the tunnel into the Russian Ridge parking lot
 1.6 Cross the parking lot and head uphill on the Ridge Trail
 2.1 Continue straight on the Ridge Trail (you will return to this point later)
 2.4 Left turn onto the Ridge Trail singletrack
 3.0 Left on to the fireroad and then cross the intersection, continuing on the Ridge Trail
 3.7 Bear right on the Ridge Trail
 4.8 Bear left on the gravel road
 5.0 Touch the gate and turnaround
 5.3 Bear right on the Ridge Trail
 6.4 Straight across the intersection and down the Hawk Ridge Trail
 7.0 Bear left at the bottom on the Alder Spring Trail
 7.5 Bear right on Charquin Trail
 7.8 Left on Ancient Oaks Trail. DO NOT MISS THIS TURN!!
 8.5 Left on fireroad
 8.9 Right on Ridge Trail
 9.4 Cross Russian Ridge parking lot, down the stairs, through the tunnel
 9.6 Just past the Nature Center, left on the Ridge Trail
10.5 RIGHT on the Sunny Jim fireroad
11.0 RIGHT on the trail going around the lake
11.2 STRAIGHT uphill on Tree Farm Trail (DO NOT TURN LEFT around the lake)
11.5 DO NOT TURN LEFT downhill to the Tree Farm, continue uphill on the Fir Knoll Trail
12.0 Turn left and then a few yards later right around the lake (Horseshoe Loop Trail)
12.4 Do not stop in the Horse Trailer parking lot (the finish line for the old Stevens Creek 50K); continue on the trail
12.8 Cross the gravel driveway and continue on the trail
13.0 FINISH
